Scope and Content
- devising all real estate in Hail Weston and Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire] and in Eaton Socon and Little Barford, except the cottage in Little Barford in occupation of Zachariah Saunders,to his “natural son” Henry Tingey of Little Barford;
- devising the cottage, barn and yard in Little Barford in occupation of Zachariah Saunders to Elizabeth Seabrook, daughter of Thomas Seabrook of Saint Neots, shepherd and Elizabeth, his late wife; remainder after the death of Elizabeth the daughter to his son Henry Tingey;
- bequeathing £150 to Mary [baptised 1710], daughter of his “natural son” Henry and £100 to her sister Susannah [baptised 1713] when they became 21;
- bequeathing £20 to his daughter-in-law Mary, wife of John Adams;
- bequeathing 40/- to Elizabeth Seabrook “now dwelling with me”;
- bequeathing 40/- to each of the children of his daughter-in-law Mary Adams and sons-in-law Samuel and John Dorrington when they became 21;
- devising and bequeathing the residue of his real and personal estate to his “natural son” Henry Tingey, whom he appointed sole executor;
