Encloses copy of letter received from Rev Moses Dodd. The field Rev Dodd desires to take in exchange is about 14 acres and is contiguous and convenient to the building and farmyard of Fordham Hall farm that the writer considers it would injure the estate to part with more than the four acres already offered. The remainder could be leased to Rev. Dodd. At present the whole field is in the lease to Mr Green; he will however, no doubt give it up if it be insisted on, although very unwillingly.
