- (i) bargained and sold (a) to (ii) for £1,500
Property:
(a) Manor of Berkford in Little Barford and Eynesbury [Huntingdonshire] formerly in the occupation of Samuel Berry at rent of £62 per annum;
(b) cottages in Little Barford and Eynesbury in occupation of Robert Cranford at rent of £2/10/- per annum;
(c) farm called Ircote alias Erthcote [Gloucestershire] in Ircote [Hidcote?], Clopton and Mickleton in occupation of Thomas Roberts at £70 per annum
Habendum:
- to (ii) for 1,000 years at a peppercorn rent
Proviso:
- for equity of redemption - interest 6%
