    Parties: (i) Thomas Peirce of Little Barford, yeoman, son and heir of Thomas Peirce, late of Little Barford, deceased; (ii) Thomas Underwood of Sandy, gentleman Operative Part: - (i) bargained and sold (a)-(d) to (ii) for 12d Property: (a) farmhouse in Little Barford in occupation of (i) with orchard and close of pasture adjoining containing 2 acres, land of Ascum S, E head abutting king’s highway; (b) cottage in Little Barford with yard and close of pasture adjoining 1 acre in occupation of Richard Rogers, tenement and ground of Fettiplace N, W head abutting on king’s highway; (c) cottage in Little Barford with yard and close of pasture adjoining containing ½ acre in occupation of William Tilly, ground of Ascum S and W head abutting on king’s highway; (d) 67 acres of arable, 5 acres of meadow, 7 acres of pasture and 1 acre of wood in Little Barford and Tempsford Habendum: - to (ii) for ever to the use of of (ii) for ever Declaration: - meaning of the bargain and sale was to make (ii) perfect tenant against whom Thomas Blocke could demand in a writ of disseisin en le post, that (ii) would appear and vouch to warrant (i) who would appear to vouch to warrant the common vouchee to effect a common recovery Thomas Peirce signed by mark Witnesses: - … Ayre
