- Scope and ContentA handwritten letter from Arthur Cole of Garfield Street, Bedford to Albert Grimmer (was postmarked 26th October 1956): "Mr Grimmer, It is such a long time of meeting you I have nearly lost your likeness, what I am about to write about is the Photo in the Ampthill News this week of the Cycle Club. I think their [sic] was a Photo of the Club taken outside the White Hart Hotel years before this one. I well remember it because I was in the minstrel troup. The late Fred White the barber loaned me with banjo and wig and we were off to Silsoe Show and we had some fun in the Park. I wish I could remember the year. We have had some fine bike rides together, and Peter Turtle, remember when we rode to Coventry. Yours, "
