    Parties: (i) Elizabeth Lee of Over [Cambridgeshire], widow (formerly Elizabeth Smith, widow, daughter of Benjamin Rogers, late of Wyboston, innholder); Henry Marsh of Swavesey [Cambridgeshire], collar maker and Mary, his wife; Samuel Smith of Over, tailor; Thomas Smith (Mary Marsh, Samuel Smith and Thomas Smith were the only children of Elizabeth Lee and were over 21 years); (ii) George James Gorham of Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire], merchant Reciting: - (ii) was seized of cottage in Eaton Socon by virtue of AN25/8-9 and AN13 and of land in Eaton Socon as in AN25/12 and owed £69/9/- for principal and interest as well as expenses and costs of repairing the buildings and enclosing and fencing the land; - (i) wished Elizabeth Lee to receive an income for her life, that the premises should be kept in repair and the allotment fenced so Elizabeth Lee’s children might derive benefit from them after her death which they could not have done had not (ii), with their approbation, have taken possession thereof Operative Part: - (ii) would pay Elizabeth Lee £5 and an annuity of £5; - (i) would make out a clear title and at expense of (ii) convey the property to (ii) for £105 over and above the £69/9/-; - if no conveyance was made during the life of Elizabeth Lee her children covenanted with (ii) to do so within six months of her death Witnesses: - Simon Cole; - William Day
