    I Sarah Dear do bequeath as my last will and testament that all my personal property shall be equally divided between, Sarah Handscomb, Ann Dear, Maria Dear, Rhodey Dear, my daughters and Twydale Dear, Charles Dear, my sons - but i hereby will and desire that my son Twydale Dear shall not receive the principal, but take the interest during his life in such proportion of interest as bears on the Sinking Fund in the Bank of England - I also bequeath all my household furniture to my daughter Rhodey Dear and I request and appoint my son John Dear, my sole and only executor. The mark of Sarah Dear Witnesses: George Denbigh Hickes Surylon and John Stonebridge January 24 1820. This will was proved on the oath of John Dear Sole Executor herein named who was sword duly to execute the same and that the personal estate pf tje testatrix did not amount at the time of her death to the sum of one thousand pounds.
