24 September 1624 presentments: of surrender by Thomas Ansell, esquire of (a) tenement called Hullocks, Stotfold containing 12 acres of land and pasture, (b) 3 acres of pasture in Rowse’s Close, part of tenement called Duxes near tenement of Thomas Patchett S and Mayes Lane N to the use of Mary Weld, widow; presentment of the death of Mary Weld and that Ann, wife of Sir William Lytton was her niece and heir and her admission; Mary Weld held a tenement and piece of pasture in Palfreman’s Close, Stotfold
10 October 1676: admission of William Lytton, esquire as elder son of Dame Ann Lytton, deceased, to Hullock and 3 acres in Rowse’s Close
29 December 1710: presentment that Sir Lytton Lytton held freehold pasture in Stotfold at 3/9 rent and devised it to William Robinson Lytton, esquire
17 October 1715: recital that at court of this date it was presented that Sir George Strode died seized of copyhold tenements and proclamation was made for all people claiming of him and his widow Ann Russell; presentment that they died seized of a messuage and 12 acres of land and pasture “with a little House then lately built thereon” and 3 acres in Rowse’s Close; admission of Mary Strode to a moiety for life and admission of Ann Joyce and Elizabeth Strode to the other moiety by their attorney John Harris
18 September 1729: recital of proclamation for all persons claiming a messuage and 12 acres called Hullocks and 3 acres in Rowse’s to which Margaret Strode, Ann Joyce and Elizabeth Lloyd were admitted in 1715 and presentment of surrender by Sir John Guyse, bart and Ann, his wife, Ann Dansey, John Ravenhill and Katherine, his wife to the use of William Robinson Lytton, esquire and his admission
10 May 1733: presentment of death of William Robinson Lytton seized of third part of 3 acres of pasture in Rowse’s Close, heretofore Lady Strode’s, of one third part heretofore of Ann Joyce and the other third part heretofore of Elizabeth Lloyd and of asmission of John Robinson Lytton, esquire
