    Parties: (i) Thomas Inskip of Ramerick, Ickleford [Hertfordshire], yeoman; Joseph Cotton of Haynes, farmer; (ii) William Pateman of Arlesey, butcher (ii) Mary Inskip of Southill, spinster Operative Part: - covenant by (i) to (ii) for 5/- and a further £369/15/- yet to be paid to enact conveyance of all real estate of Mary Inskip, deceased in Stotfold to (ii) on or before 20 November 1727; - covenant by (ii) to pay fine or quit rent for admission to copyhold premises; - covenant by (ii) to (i) to pay off mortgage to John Bowes on the property at Hockley in the Hole, London [Clerkenwell rather than the alternative name for Hockliffe] and pay for an assignment from John Bowes to himself; - (ii) to pay security for £369/15/- when he had good title - (ii) would receive rents and profits from 25 March 1727; - (i) and (ii) to execute mutual bonds for £600 Witnesses: - Thomas Nightingall; - Thomas Rust
