    Parties: (i) John Scholey of Furnival’s Inn [Middlesex], gentleman and Anne, his wife; (ii) Mary Inskip of Southill, spinster Reciting: - will of Mary Inskip of 8 May 1713 devising her real estate in Stotfold to trustees Thomas Inskip and Joseph Cotton in trust for sale and payment of debts and legacies, the overplus being devised equally to her three children - Richard Inskip, (ii) and Ann Inskip; - death of Richard Inskip in the lifetime of his mother, his share devolved to Mary and Anne; - AN9/16 demanding sale of the real estate of Mary Inskip, deceased and an account from Thomas Inskip, Joseph Cotton and (ii) Operative Part: - to end the suit against her (ii) agreed with (i) that the suit should cease, costs being paid from the trust estate; - the estate of Mary Inskip, deceased at Stotfold would be sold by the trustees within three months with money raised being applied to settling the debts and legacies of Mary Inskip, deceased and the overplus and residue of her personal estate divided equally between (i) and (ii); - (ii) would pay for taking out letters of administration to the estate of Mary Inskip, deceased; - mutual bonds for £200 to be sworn by both (i) and (ii) Witnesses: - John Callcott; - William Sparhauke
