    (I) AN7/6-7 (II) AN731 (III) AN7/32 (IV) AN7/40-41 (V) AN7/43 (VI) AN7/16 (VII) AN7/26 (VIII) AN7/27 (IX) AN7/29 (X) AN7/30 (XI) AN7/33-34 (XII) AN7/36 (XIII) lease and release of 12-13 June 1775 to make a tenant for a common recovery: (i) James Burton of Stotfold, baker, only son of William Burton, deceased begotten on the body of his wife Joanna, also deceased; (ii) Thomas Eames, gentleman; (iii) Andrew King “James Burton was the only issue or surviving issue of William and Joanna Burton and he dying without issue, the entail created by Mailes’ will expired and the reversion infee which descended upon James Burton upon the death of the survivor of his Father and Mother took effect in possession” (XIV) Exemplification of a common recovery of Trinity 1775 in which Andrew King was deforciant, Thomas Eames tenant and William Burton vouchee of two messuages, three gardens, twenty acres of land, five acres of meadow, five acres of pasture and common of pasture for all cattle with appurtenances in Stotfold (XV) lease and release by way of mortgage of 11-12 July 1775 from (i) James Burton to (ii) Elizabeth Taylor and Ann Taylor, spinsters for £250 (XVI) lease and release by way of reconveyance of 25-26 January 1779 from (i) Elizabeth Taylor and Ann Taylor to (ii) James Burton on redemption of the mortgage (XVII) AN7/51-52 (XVIII) AN7/49 (XIX) AN7/53 (XX) AN7/54 (XXI) AN7/56 (XXII) lease and release of 1-2 April 1785 by way of marriage settlement between John and Elizabeth Hooper (i) George Hooper of Ampthill, gentleman and John Hooper of Dunstable, gentleman, his only son; (ii) Elizabeth Hooper of Cheshunt [Hertfordshire], spinster; (iii) Matthew Hooper of Fleet Market, Saint Bride’s [City of London], citizen and grocer and George Hooper the younger of Cheshunt, gentleman, brother of Elizabeth
