Devises to eldest son Nicholas, his dwellinghouse in Marston, with closes called Home Close, Coverhill, Plowed Hill, 2 acres sward in Ridgway Close, Holy Orchard, Newbolds (now divided into 2 parts), Longcroft, with a coppice of woodground adjoining, Horse Close and Jennings Pightle; and also 15½ acres in Sexhill Field, 27 acres in Wroxhill Field and 20½ acres in Posterne Cross Field; all in Marston (purchased of William Smith, gentleman); also 5 acres in Posterne Cross Field, and 5 roods in Sexhill Field (purchased of Ann and Thomas Impey); 3 acres in Posterne Cross Field, shooting on Jennings Pightle (late of Roger Peirce); 1 acre in the same field, shooting to his dwelling house, (late of Robert Baskerfeild); and 1 acre in Wroxhill Field (lately purchased of Gilbert Stoughton, gentleman), in occupation of Joshua Pedder, gentleman. To son Henry, closes called Over Ravensden and Midle Ravensden, Ridgway Close (except the said 2 acres), and Perry Hill Close, and 21 acres in Sexhill Field, and 27 acres in Wroxhill Field; all in Marston (purchased of Katherine Pawley, widow, deceased, and Thomas Cox, deceased). To daughter Susan (wife of Thomas Feild), Little Mead Close and 1 acre in Broomehill Field in Steppingley, abutting on his copyhold called Colsden.
