    Parties: (i) Henry Waite of Grays Inn [Middlesex], esquire; Gabriel Westbeer of Saint Andrew, Holborn [Middlesex], esquire; (ii) John Garthorne of Felsted [Essex], clerk; (iii) Harry Mander of Saint Andrew, Holborn [Middlesex], clerk and Elizabeth, his wife; (iv) Judith Chandler of Great Gaddesden [Hertfordshire], spinster; (v) Thomas Pembroke of Lincolns Inn [Middlesex], esquire; Dame Elizabeth Vanacher Sambrooke of Saint James, Westminster [Middlesex], widow; (vi) John Peck of Red Lyon Street, Saint Andrew, Holborn, apothecary Reciting: - (i) were entitled to one third of (a)-(n); - (ii) was entitled to one third of (a)-(n); - (iii) were entitled to one third of one third [one ninth] of (a)-(n) - (iv) was entitled to one third of one third [one ninth] of (a)-(n) - (v) were entitled to one third of one third [one ninth] of (a)-(n); - (i)-(v) agreed to pull down the manor house and out-buildings and sell the materials dividing the money between them according to their share and to make a partition of the estate; - articles of agreement of 17 November 1737 (1) (i); (2) (ii); (3) (iii)-(v); (4) (vi) a trustee nominated by (i)-(v) for a valuation by Thomas Spring, William Brace and Leonard Matthews of Great Barford, yeomen of (a)-(n) and division into three lots [AN22/1] to be drawn by (1), (2) and (3) and three parts of the principal lot be drawn by (iii)-(v) [AN22/2] ; - (i) drew Lot A; (ii) drew Lot C and (ii)-(v) drew Lot B; - of the subdivided Lot B, (iii) drew Lot C; (iv) drew Lot B and (v) drew Lot A Operative Part: - (vi) paid 5/- each to (i)-(v); - (i) -(v) released and confirmed (a)-(n) as subdivided in AN22/1-2 to (vi) Property [shown in included plan: (a) site of Creakers manor house and homestall of 6 acres; (b) Cuckow Close of 16 acres; (c) Great Illands or Elands Close of 28 acres; (d) Little Illands or Elands Close of 10 acres; (e) two closes called Sheep’s or Shepherd’s pastures containing 25 acres; (f) cottage and barn standing on part of (e); (g) Turvey’s Close with a spinney at the end containing 12 acres; (h) Pear Tree Close of 12 acres; (i) Mowing Pasture on 21 acres; (j) Bushy Pasture of 25 acres; (k) two closes called Cow Closes containing 11 acres; (l) Long Close containing 2 acres, 1 rood; (m) 223 acres of arable in the common fields of Great Barford and Renhold; (n) 10 acres in Gadsey Mead Habendum: - to (vi) in trusts as specified for individual pieces of land Witnesses: - William Harborne; - Henry Webb; - George Halsey; - Joseph Palmer; - George Wright; - N… Ashby
