Property:
(a) cottage in occupation of John Freshwater;
(b) four lands containing 1½ acres in Hither North Field next Birch Field;
(c) one land and two gores in Black Close containing 3 roods;
(d) three lands in Little Field in Thumbwell containing 1 acre, 2 roods;
(e) one land in the Bouse next Roxton containing 1½ roods;
(f) three lands in Langley Field called Gamalins containing 1 acre;
(g) one land going to the Stockings containing 2 roods
Habendum:
- to (ii) for 500 years paying a peppercorn rent
Proviso:
- for equity of redemption by (i) - interest 5%
