    - bequeathing £20 each to John and Christopher, sons of his late brother Leonard; - bequeathing £20 to Elizabeth, wife of Robert Waller and daughter of Leonard Wye; - bequeathing £20 to Mary, daughter of Leonard Wye; - bequeathing £20 to Leonard, son of Leonard Wye when he became 21, receiving the interest on the sum in the meantime for clothing and schooling; - if any of the above died before receiving their legacy it was to be divided among the survivors; - bequeathing £40 to his niece Mary Clark when she married or became 21, whichever happened first; - bequeathing £20 each to his nephews John Clark and Thomas Clark when they became 21; - if any of the above died before receiving their legacy it was to be divided among the survivors; - bequeathing £40 to his niece Elizabeth Barrett when she married or became 21, whichever happened first; - bequeathing £20 each to his nephews Thomas, William and John Barrett when they became 21; - if any of the above died before receiving their legacy it was to be divided among the survivors; - bequeathing £20 each to John and Thomas, sons of his brother Richard Wye; - bequeathing £20 each to Anne, Elizabeth, Mary and Sarah, daughters of Richard Wye when they married or became 21, whichever happened first; - if any of the above died before receiving their legacy it was to be divided among the survivors; - giving to his brother Richard Wye the interest on all his children’s portions until they became due; - bequeathing the residue of is estate to his brother Thomas whom he appointed sole executor; - witnessed by Leonard Matthews, Anne Collins and Barwell Collins; - probate in the Archdeaconry of Bedford on 6 January 1721 [1722]
