Reciting:
- (i)-(iii) were lawfully seized of (a)-(d) and levied a fine sur cognizance de droit come ceo etc at Easter 1671 by name of one message, one dovehouse, seventy acres of land, ten acres of meadow, ten acres of pasture with appurtenances in Great Barford to (iv)
Operative Part:
- right of way for (iii) over (b) and orchard “leading up to the field gate and so straight down by the long barn to the street”;
- property comprising that in an annexed terrier totalling 30 acres, 1 rood of land, 4½ acres of meadow and 1½ acres of ley to be to the use of (iii) for ever;
- (a) and the residue of (c)-(d) not in the annexed terrier to the use of (ii) for their lives, remainder to Thomas, eldest son of (ii), provided he pay £200 to Leonard Wye, Joseph Wye, Richard Wye, Mary Wye and Elizabeth Wye, sons and daughters of (ii), if Thomas Wye made default in payment then to the use of Richard Morgan of Willington and George Favell of Great Barford in trust to make the payments

(b) close of pasture called Peasewell Close of 5 acres;
