    Parties: (i) Morgan Randyll, late of Chilworth [Surrey], esquire; (ii) Harry Maunder of Saint Andrew, Holborn [Middlesex], clerk and Elizabeth, his wife; (iii) Judith Chandler of Great Gaddesden [Hertfordshire], spinster; (iv) Sarah Hughes of Saint Andrew, Holborn, widow; Thomas Pembroke of Lincoln’s Inn [Middlesex], gentleman; George Pembroke of Saint Albans [Hertfordshire], gentleman; (v) Richard Ednell of Saint Andrew, Holborn, gentleman Reciting: - marriage settlement of 15 March 1662 by Thomas Garrett settling (a)-(k) to the use of him and Ann, his wife, remainder to Ann, remainder to the heirs of Thomas begotten on the body of Ann, remainder to the heirs of the body of Thomas Garrett, remainder to the heirs of Ann Garrett; - Thomas and Ann Garrett had three daughters - Ann, Judith and Ursula, Ann Garrett, wife of Thomas survived him and married Sir Thomas Gould, whom she also survived; - Ann the daughter was entitled to one third of (a)-(k) after the death of her mother, married Daniel Chandler, citizen and draper of London, before February 1686 [1687]; - AN15/2 designed to make provision for daughters and younger sons of Daniel and Ann Chandler; - Daniel and Ann Chandler had one son, long since dead intestate and without issue, and three daughters - Elizabeth, wife of Harry Maunder, Judith Chandler and Sarah Hughes who were all 21 or older; - Henry Hatsell and Edward Goodwin were long dead, (i) having survived them; - Ann Gould, Daniel and Ann Chandler were all long dead and on their death Harry and Elizabeth Mander, Judith Chandler and Sarah Hughes each became entitled to a third part of the third part [i.e. one ninth] of (a)-(k) Operative Part: - (i) by request of (ii), (iii), Thomas Pembroke and Sarah Hughes released third part of (a)-(k) to (v) on payment of 5/- Property: (a) site of the manor house of Creakers; (b) close called Coneygree of 6 acres; (c) Cuckow Close of 20 acres; (d) close called Illands of of 40 acres; (e) close called Sheep Pasture; (f) close called Great Infield together with 10 acres and 3 roods in Gadsey Mead in Renhold ; (g) close called Tennis Court of 12 acres; (h) close called Bushy Pasture; (i) two closes called Cow Closes containing 12 acres; (j) cottage and part of a close called Westend Pightle; (k) parcels of arable totalling 180 acres in the common fields of Great Barford and Renhold Habendum: - to (v), one third of the third [one ninth] to the use of (ii), one third of the third [one ninth] to the use of (iii), one third of the third [one ninth] to the use George Pembroke in trust for Thomas Pembroke Witnesses: - Thomas Barker; - John Blackburne; - E Neale; - J Wright; - Susanna Stiles; - Thomas Evens; - James Knight; - John Hill
