    Parties: (i) John Hamilton of Lincoln’s Inn [Middlesex], esquire; (ii) John Gathorne of Felsted [Essex], clerk and Elizabeth, his wife Reciting: - AN15/23 of half share of (a) 7 acres of meadow in West Mead, 10 acres of arable in Mill Field, 10 cares of meadow, a cottage and Cookoe Wood in Great Barford and Renhold and sixth share of Manor of Creakers with manor house and buildings, Conygree Close of 6 acres, Cooker’s Close of 20 acres, closes called Illands of 40 acres, Sheeps’ Pasture, Great Infield, 10 acres and 3 roods in Gadsey Mead, Tennis Court Close of 12 acres, 180 acres of arable in the common fields of Great Barford and Renhold, Bushy Pasture in Great Barford, two closes called Low Close containing 12 acres, one sixth part of a cottage and part of a close called Westend Pightle Operative Part: - AN15/23 was levied in trust for Elizabeth Gathorne, notwithstanding her coverture, to convey and assure the estates in the fine, remainder to the use of (ii) and the longer lived, remainder to the heirs of the longer lived Witnesses: - Jo.
