    Parties: (i) John Rycraft of Great Barford, yeoman; (ii) John Willis of “Crecus”, Great Barford, yeoman Operative Part: - (i) demised (a) to (ii) Property: (a) Crecus Wood divided into three parts or closes, in Great Barford in occupation of (i) Habendum: - to (ii) from Michaelmas 1718 for 17 years at a rent of £25 per annum and £5 for the last three years of the term Attached lease of 30 July 1735 Parties: (i) John Willis the elder of Great Barford, yeoman (ii) Rev John Garthorne of Felsted [Essex] and Elizabeth, his wife and Beatrix Ridges of Felsted, spinster Reciting: - lease of 11 March 1719 [1720]; - (ii) were now owners of the freehold inheritance of the property; -(i) had recently demised the property to William Field of Renhold, mason until Michaelmas next and (ii) had agreed to the lease Operative Part: - (ii) paid 5/- to (i); - (i) assigned Crecus Wood closes and all his right and title to them to (ii) Habendum: - to (ii) for the residue of the term of 17 years
