Reciting:
- lease of 11 March 1719 [1720];
- (ii) were now owners of the freehold inheritance of the property;
-(i) had recently demised the property to William Field of Renhold, mason until Michaelmas next and (ii) had agreed to the lease
Operative Part:
- (ii) paid 5/- to (i);
- (i) assigned Crecus Wood closes and all his right and title to them to (ii)
