(ii) Dame Anne Gould of London, widow, (formerly wife of Thomas Garrett and mother of Anne Chandler);
(iii) Morgan Randyll of Chilworth [Surrey], esquire; Henry Hatsell of Middle Temple, London, esquire; Edward Goodwin of London, merchant
Reciting:
-settlement of 10 March 1663 between (1) Thomas Garrett, (2) Thomas Drury the elder of Fincham [Norfolk], esquire; Guybon Goddard of City of London, esquire and Thomas Drury the younger, heir of Thomas Drury the elder of Manor of Creakers, late of George FitzGeoffrye, esquire [(a)-(k) below] and fenlands and grounds in Wiggenhall or Meeshland [Norfolk] on (2) to the use of (1) for his life, remainder to his wife Anne [now Anne Gould], remainder to the use of their children

- to settle inheritance on the daughters and younger sons of (i) after the death of (i) granted one third of (a)-(k) to (iii);

(i) close called Bushy Pasture in Great Barford in occupation of Jones;
(j) two closes called Lowcloses containing 12 acres in occupation of George Favell;
(k) cottage and part of a close called West End Pightle in occupation of Widow Fisher
Habendum:
- to (iii), to the use of (ii) for her life, to the use of (iii) in trust;
- reversion of (ii) to (iii) in trust suffering Daniel Chandler to hold the one third of (a)-(k) after the death of (ii) and to receive rents and profits for his life, remainder to Anne Chandler, remainder to the sons and daughters of (i) except the eldest son
