    Son, Joseph Bennett and Abraham Burr of Wilshamstead, farmer appointed executors. To executors all estate vested in testator as trustee or mortgagee subject to the trusts and equities. To Abraham Burr £5. To daughter Edith Bridges, the wife of Thomas Bridges, £40, feather bed, bolster, pillows, blankets, sheets and counterpane belonging to the bedstead now used by daughter Sophia Bennett. To son George Bennett the allotment of land at Duck End in Wilshamstead containing about 1 acre one rood and 36 perches, with three cottages erected thereon by the George Bennett but subject to and charged with the repayment by him or them within three calendar months to daughter Sophia Bennett the £50 advanced by her to George Bennett on his promissory note 'or so much as shall remain due at my decease'. To daughter Sophia cottages at Wilshamstead in occupations of son Joseph Bennett and George Bridges with stable and appurtenances. To son Joseph Bennett the cottage and homestead at Wilshamstead with appurtenances now in my own occupation but subject to and charged with the repayment by him or them of the sum of £40 bequeathed to Edith Bridges. To Joseph Bennett all tenant right in the land held of Lord Carteret and the hay and growing crops thereon and also horses carts and farming implements and residue of personal estate and residue of real estate. Bequest to daughter Edith Bridges to be for her separate and peculiar use and shall not be subject to the debts control or engagements of her present or any future husband. Codicil revoking bequest of £40 to Edith Bridges but confirming bequest of the featherbed and other articles.
