Covenant by I to levy a fine sur conuzance de droit come ceo of messuage and appurtments in Luton, now in occupation of I, messuage of Sir John Napier Bart., in occupation of Matthew Beane on the one side the roof, and the messuage of Thomas Rotherham Esquire on the other side of the roof and fronts on the George Inn, Luton. Uses of fine: the property to be for use of John Davie and Francis Hopkins and the heirs of F Hopkins in trust for John Davie and his heirs. 20 June 1709 Fine (attached to above) Left and right hand indentures.
