    Devises to wife Mary household goods and £100; to son Richard one-third share in messuage and lands in Flitton now in the occupation of Richard Chapman; to son Charles a messuage in Silsoe in the occupation of William Gudgin, Thomas Lavender and Joseph Wheeler, but nothing further, having enabled him to "enter upon ... the business of the mill at Newport Pagnell", Buckinghamshire; remainder of estate in Ickleford, Shitlington and Henlow on trust to brother Henry Weston Eve of Maldon, Essex, Robert Long of Upper Stondon, yeoman and son Richard. The farm at Flitton is to be carried on for benefit of wife and sons Richard, Henry and John Richard, and daughters Charlotte, Anna Sarah, Mary Ann, Sarah, and Eliza until youngest is 21; and thereafter the stock to be sold and the proceeds to be divided.
