i) Robert Thorp and wife Mary Jane ii) George Thorp, Aylesbury, draper iii) Mathew Parson, Leighton Buzzard, yeoman iv) Valentine Willis, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman (trustee for iii)) consideration - £600 paid to i) by iv) ii) and i) release to iii) … messuage now divided into 2 as X561/1-2 … right of ingress etc. right of way to and from Bell Pightle leading to Parson's Close, as in X561/6-7 (but not new erected buildings and the site they stand on) and dung hole belonging to said messuage no communication to above messuage except through Bell Inn Yard except for the repair of the buildings i) will not make any door or window on North of newly erected building signatures of i) - iii) 20, 21 May 1813 copies made 17 Feb 1818
