ironmonger: to provide 3 ovens, boilers, grates, stoves, coppers, fix spouting and door fastenings
carpenter and joiner: to well start up roofs and partition walls, to bridge joists, provide skirting, mouldings, to fix window frames, cupboards, to provide mantelpieces, door frames, closet seats
painter, plumber and glazier: to paint all woodwork, to fix pump, glass windows
the whole to be completed to the satisfaction of Mr J Burridge or whom he may appoint, for £125.
