    Parties: (i) Mary Tebbs of Bedford, widow; (ii) John Jenks of 100 Seymour Street, Euston Square [Middlesex] officer in London and North Western Railway Company; (iii) Edward Langley of Bedford, gentleman, heretofore a surgeon and William Harrison of Bedford, mealman Reciting: - (i) carried on the business of innkeeper at the Red Lion Inn, Bedford and possessed household goods, stock in trade and personal effects amounting to more than £300 besides real estate left to her in the will of her husband William Tebbs, deceased; - impending marriage of (i) and (ii); - it had been agreed to settle the personal estate of (i) in trust Operative Part: - (i), with consent of (ii), set over all her household goods, furniture, pictures, books, plate, linen, china, stocks of ale, beer, porter, wines, spirits and other liquors, horses, carriage and other personal effects at the Red Lion Inn, Bedford Habendum: - to (iii) in trust during the joint lives of (i) and (ii) to be enjoyed and disposed of by (i) as her separate property; if (i) died during the lifetime of (ii) then (iii) to sell to raise £300 for disposal as related in (i)’s will, in default to stand possessed in trust for whoever would have inherited had not (i) married (ii), holding the residue in trust for (ii) Witness: - William Rogers of Bedford, solicitor
