- lease and release of 27 and 28 July 1840 between (1) Elizabeth Skevington, (2) William Tebbs and (3) Saint Andrew Beauchamp, Lord Saint John in which (1) by direction of (2) conveyed to (a)-(c) to (3);
- the scheduled deeds referred not only to (a)-(c) but to a cottage retained by (ii)
