    Reciting: - Z1265/3/1; - Lilburne, Leach and Okely enlarged their time for making the award to 31 July 1819 Property: (a) messuage in Bedford, Saint Peter de Merton formerly in the occupation of Martin Semell, then James Eastaff deceased, now of James Eastaff (b) messuage adjoining (a) erected since the death of James Eastaff and in occupation of William Eastaff; (c) close of ground adjoining (a)-(b) formerly in the occupation of Jonathan Baxter, then Richard Leach, now converted into a garden in occupation of Mrs Mowbray (a)-(c) bounded: part N by highway from Saint Peter’s Green to Goldington; part N and E by property of Benjamin Trapp, devisees of late George Livius, esquire, Peregrine Nash, esquire and Doctor Thackeray; S by Luck’s Lane; part W by property of Joseph Okely; part W by six cottages belonging to James and William Eastaff Operative Part: - a map of (a)-(c) had been prepared [copy attached]; - Robert Parker and Mary Howard, his wife were awarded: piece of ground measuring 3 roods, 30 perches being E and S part of (c) bounded: part N and part W by other part of (c) awarded to James Eastaff and William Eastaff; part N and E by premises of Benjamin Trapp, devisees of George Livius, Peregrine Nash and Doctor Thackeray; S by Luck’s Lane; part W by garden of Mary Haupman; - James Eastaff was awarded: (a); such parts of timber yard, workshops and outbuildings adjoining (a), (except those erected by William Eastaff which were to be removed) amounting to 9 perches and adjoining N on the highway measuring 40 feet with right to lay a pipe to a well of water allotted to William Eastaff; ground of 28 perches (another part of (c)) adjoining: S on other ground allotted to James Eastaff; the entire allotment bounded: part N by highway, E by allotments to William Eastaff; S by allotment to Robert and Mary Howard Parker; part W by garden of Mary Haupman; part N and part W by premises of Joseph Okely and cottages of James and William Eastaff; parts N and W by ground allotted as a right of way to the cottages and allotment to William Eastaff - James Eastaff to build a fence or wall on S and W side - William Eastaff was awarded: (b); piece of ground adjoining garden of Mary Haupman and containing 8 perches being the remainder of (c) bounded N by garden of Mary Haupman, E, S and W by other parts of (c) allotted to Robert and Mary Howard Parker; parts of timber yard, workshops and outbuildings exceot those erected by James Eastaff which were to be removed by him within two months and materials of that part of the cooper’s shop which contained 6 perches; - William Eastaff to build fence or wall on S and W sides; - award that William Eastaff pay £3/10/8 to Robert and Mary Howard Parker and £18/6/8 to James Eastaff; - award of a right of way to the cottages of James and William Eastaff; - each of the parties to make conveyances and assurances and covenants to produce deeds where necessary
