Including letter from T J Hooper to F Archdale, encloses cheque for £230 (net amount received from estate of E Powers deceased and Ramsey and Somersham Railway). "This leaves £770 on the land and as it is proposed to have a station within a very few yards the property ought to increase considerably in value" 19 June 1886.
