And 6 messuages, cottages or tenements with barns, outbuildings, erected and built by T Powers, prepared 1881. d) Absolute surrender by mortgagees of Thomas Powers to Robert Wormsley of Biggleswade, carpenter, land as above 6 cottages in occupation of Widow Roberts, Edward Leonard, John Robarts, Samuel Brittain, Joshua Chambers and John Britain, 20 July 1881. e) Other relevant papers relating to sale of 1881 including Conder's bill for auction of 27 April 1881. f) First page of sale catalogue.
