Lord Royston. - All that freehold close of pasture ground lying and being in the Woodmerend in Shillington containing by estimation 3 acres more or less, late in the occupation of Thomas Flint and now of William Kirby the ground of the said James Polton lying towards the north and the ground of Isaac Brooks lying towards the south.
