    i) William Coare ii) Thomas Rose Swaine John Grant iii) John Perry reciting a conveyance of 1796 by 1) Thomas Barrow, esquire Giles Bleasdale William Greene, gentleman, to 2) Thomas Rose Swaine John Grant which itself recited: Commission of bankruptcy against William Palin, Chalgrave, innholder, dealer and chapman, delivered to 1) who found that Palin had been dealer and chapman in seed wheat and wines and spirits, who had become indebted to Thomas and Thomas Rose Swaine, Newgate Street, London, wine and brandy merchants, in sum of over £100, and that Palin had been declared bankrupt, and that there had been meeting of creditors at Plume of Feathers, Leighton Buzzard, and that Thomas Rose Swaine and John Grant chosen as assignees of effects, and 1) had conveyed to 2) … meadow called Dolphin Close … 5 pieces of land late Hades in Gravelly field in Chalgrave … 2 pieces land late Hades of sweard on part of which a parlour had been built, part of Black Bull Inn, together with outbuildings which had been conveyed by Henry Arrowsmith to William Palin reciting that property was put up to public auction and John Perry had been declared the purchaser for £740, which it was agreed should be paid to William Coare in part discharge of principal sum of £1,000 and interest Conveyance by i) and ii) to iii) in consideration £740 to i) and discharge and exoneration by i), of property in Chalgrave mentioned above date not given. 1798 endorsed: "To Mr Pawsey … Useless Papers in Perry's Purchase …"
