Parties:
(i) Ezra Eagles the elder of Bedford, gentleman and Elizabeth, his wife;
(ii) Rev Henry Burdett Worthington of Bedford, gentleman and Harriet, his wife;
(iii) Rev Richard Watson Moor of Stoke Saint Gregory [Somerset] and Anna Maria, his wife;

Reciting:
- Z1542/2/6/2;
- death of Anna Maria Halfhead on 27 July 1850 leaving a will of 26 February 1847 which made no disposition of her residuary real estate; her eldest son William died without issue in her lifetime leaving her only surviving son (iv) as her heir at law;
- (i)-(iii) agreed to sell (a) to (iv) for £50 each making a total sale price of £150;
- some time since (iv) paid £47/10/- to (i) and also paid £47/10/- to Harriett Worthington before her marriage

Saint Paul and partly in Saint Peter de Merton bounded: N by land and buildings of John Cobb contracted to be sold by his assigns to John Steed; NE and part E by land and buildings of Favell; part E and S by land of Baxter; W by Harpur Street and measuring: on N 28 feet; on E one section of 8 feet 2 inches and another of 10 feet 8 inches; NE 15 feet 4 inches; S 38 feet 4 inches; W 21 feet 4 inches and measuring 794 square feet
(b) messuage and buildings erected on (a) by William Shouler Wilson
