    Writer's steward says that Turner wishes to sell a small estate at Milton, and Byng would like particulars. Also, does presentation to parsonage go with estate. Byng's family send their humble service draft of reply: Turner is thinking of selling. Cannot give particulars as the estate fell to him on death of his brother John Turner, and writings were left in hands of Mr Mill in Boswell Court. Does not think presentation goes with estate, but was left "in the gift of Trustees for the Charety of Milton". Mr Mill will send particulars
