Also appointed Trustees for sale and turn personal estate into money to invest £5000 for use of wife Maria. On her death: a) £1,000 to son John Thomas Lindsell b) £2000 to daughter Maria Lindsell c) £2000 to daughter Harriett wife of Reverend Frederick Russell for her own use. (Reversion to children) to invest £1000 for use of daughter Sophia to son Frederick William Lindsell £100 to son John Thomas Lindsell £2000 to daughter Maria Lindsell £1000 to trustees £1000 to lay out as £5000 and £2000 above, reversion to daughter Harriett Russell Trustees to ensure Maria an annual income of at least £200 and £100 immediately on death estate mortgaged to testator to trustees as part of personal estate Witnesses: P R Nesbitt M.D. and James McKee B.A. Chaplain of Northampton Lunatic Hospital, made 4 December 1855. Codicil: to son William Lindsell on death of wife £500 Trustees can advance it to advance Frederick Benjamin (grandson of testator and son of William Lindsell). Witnesses: James King Sampson of Southampton, surgeon and W H Moberly of Southampton, solicitor, 7 March 1861. Proved at District Probate Registry of Winchester, 20 May 1861.
