    Left Fairfield and land surrounding in parish of Biggleswade to eldest son Henry Martin as well as contents of Fairfield House and lands purchased by Robert H Lindsell since his father's death in Biggleswade (including Holme) and Northill. Left to son Arthur Knox Lindsell leasehold farm at Wrestlingworth, legacies of £300 free of duty to each of daughters Caroline Annie and Edith Margaret and annuity of £350 each. £3000 to Marriage Trustees of Reverend Arnold Kirke-Smith and testator's daughter Emma Frances, 1877. £100 annuity to son Charles Frederick during his life or until he become bankrupt or anticipate, assign, mortgage, pledge or otherwise part with the same, all to be paid out of testator's moiety of a) Brewer and Spirit Merchant at Chatteris, Isle of Ely b) Merchant at St Ives, Huntingdonshire c) Anything left to Robert Henry and brother Charles Samuel as partners by late Uncle Thomas Lindsell d) Property purchased since the actual estate above itself itself to be left to son Robert James Lindsell to sons H M and A K Lindsell, R H Lindsell's share of Baldock Brewery and Bank and residue - Made 12 April 1873. Codicil revoking all bequests in favour of C F Lindsell 'in consideration of advances already made to him' Codicil - 28 February 1884 Bond in favour of A K Lindsell to be held to benefit of Testator's Marriage Trustees 23 April 1885.
