- Scope and ContentWriter and son have been sick during the last fortnight, but now convalescent, though both weak. 'I must not expect to be anything but an invalid but...I hope to be a little less weak than I am just now.' Mention of Dr. Charles and Dr. Shillito. Dr Shillito is an older and more experienced man; Dr Charles is not 30, and his partner only 25. Shillito is a pupil of Sir C Clarke, who speaks very favourably of him. Mention of a smell and the need to clean out the great reservoir, which has not been done for 30 years. With letter from G F S Robinson, thanking Aunt de Grey for 'the many nice things you have sent me.' Also thanks Miss Hatchwell for her letter.
