    Being sick in body but of perfect mind and memory. All wordly goods to mother in law, namely Jane Hogg the mother[?] of Richard Hogg of Littlington 'for that she hath taken great paynes with mee a long tyme'. In the presence and hearing of Richard Hogge, Henry Everitt, Mary Eaton, Alice Rogers and others. Statements/interogations by: Henry Everett, Maria Eaton, Alice Rogers, Johannen[?] Smythe. Elizabeth Butler was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Butler and had lame for eleven or twelve years past. Elizabeth Butler the mother had died leaving William Butler alive and William Butler married Joane Hogg. William Butler died. Joane Hogg ever since she was married to William Butler did carefully attend and provide all necessaries for Elizabeth Butler and Elizabeth had great love and affection to the said Joane Butler her mother in law. All testify that Elizabeth had been on her death bed in the house of Richard Hogg and that she had been asked if she would leave anything to Mary Eaton for attending her but she had replied that she would leave Mary Eaton nothing but would give all she had to her mother in law.
