    Schedule: 1. Six tenements known as The Green Almshouses situate in High Street South, in the Borough of Dunstable. 2. Land and hereditaments known as Church End Farm, in the Parish of Kensworth in the County of Hertford and containing an area of 273a 0r 2p or thereabouts in the occupation of W J Cripps. 3. Messuage known as The Old Sugar Loaf Hotel, together with the messuage known as The Sugar Loaf Tap adjoining the said Hotel and the stables, coachhouses, and other buildings and premises held therewith, situate in High Street North, in the said Borough of Dunstable in the occupation of A H Pugh. 4. Messuage and Temperance Hotel, together with the outbuildings and yard thereto belonging, situate in High Street North aforesaid in the occupation of H C Forrester. 5. Maltings and the other buildings and premises held therewith situate in rear of No 16 High Street North aforesaid let on lease to the Trustees of the late Benjamin Bennett. 6. Rentcharge of £32s0d charged upon and issuing out of an allotment situate in Summer Leys in the Parish of Eddlesborough in the county of Buckingham and numbered 104 on the Inclosure Award made on the 14th June 1865 in pursuance of the Annual Inclosure Act 1856. 9. A right of common of pasture on Leagrave Common in the county of Bedford. 10. A rent charge of £570 per annum charged upon and issuing out of Leagrave Marsh Farm situate at Leagrave in the county of Bedford under a conveyance dated the 30th August 1921 from the Trustees of Cart's Charity to the County Council of the Administrative County of Bedford.
