Order of exchange by the inclosure commissioners of lands in the parish and Borough of Dunstable between the Trustees of Mrs Carts Charity and William Maddock of Dunstable, coal merchant and James Green, late of Woburn and now residing in at Grey Town in the State of Nicaragua Central America.

Maddocks and Green to have - 'brick and tiled building forming ground floor warehouses with lofts above and yard. - One undivided third part of garden ground contaiing 672 feet the remaining two thirds already belogining the the said William Maddocks and James Green.' The Trustees to have in exchange - 'Two undivided third parts of garden with wall and privy containing in the whole 2958 feet two thirds of which only belong to Maddocks Representatives the remaining one third already belonging to Cart's Charity. - Garden Ground.'
