    i) Miles Maye of Caddington, husbandman ii) son Nicholas Maye of Kensworth, husbandman ... a middle messuage at Caddington wherein Miles Maye dwells adjoining that of Edward Maye (occupied by Edward Davye), North; and that of Miles Maye, hereafter to be conveyed to son Miles (now occupied by Edward Slater), South; with leanto adjoining: "the other leanto adjoining unto the said middle messuage next unto the messuage of me, the said Miles Maye (hereafter to be conveyed unto Miles Maye the younger, my son) and the ground that the leanto standeth upon only excepted out of this gift; ... the barn unto the leanto which standeth at the South end of the said barn and adjoining unto the said barn,, containing of length from the North end of the said barn 8 "studes"; the yard from the middle messuage or tenement directly from the elmpost of the North end of the leanto before excepted straight over unto the stud that standeth between the said barn and leanto at the end of the said barn; the yard and orchard of me, the said Miles Maye (hereafter to be conveyed to Miles Maye the younger) of the South side of the said yard; and the yard and backside of Edward Maye now in occupation Edward Davye of the North side of the said yard" a close "as it is now staked out from the nether end of the orchard or close hereafter to be conveyed to Miles Maye from the Ash strayte over unto the orchard of Edward Vynes abutting on the close of Thomas Bray of (?)
