George Inskip 'standing indicted for felony an it appearing to this court that he is disordered in his senses and incapable of pleading to the same is remanded to the gaol of the same county and it is ordered that the sherif shall deliver him to two of his Majesty's justices of the peace for the said county in order that they may have him safely kept and lockt up in some secure place in the said county to be there kept and maintained in order to be cured if possible of his insanity pursuant to the statute in that case made and provided.' Note that the churchwardens and overseers of St Peter's Bedford are to be ordered to keep him as belonging to their parish.
James Gilbert convicted of threatening to demolish the house of George Kitchen with other rioters is returned to be imprisoned and then to find surieties.
