Samuel Seiket [?] for setting fire to the workshop of John Brookbanks of Girtford. John Clerk for theft of 11 pecks of second flour and a sack and 3 bushells of wheat flour in a sack from M Abbott's mill at Goldington. William Jones on suspicion of stealing a gelding and a mare at Lavendon, Bucks the property of Thomas Higgins. Captial convicts remaining: William Butcher, Daniel Cambell, Samuel Campbell.
