  • Production date
    From: 1832 To: 1832
  • Scope and Content
Reference the weather - rain and a small amount of snow. Have been busy whitewashing all the cottages in all the villages around and cleaning all the surroundings, but the cholera seems so slow in spreading that the writer hopes it will not reach them. Have given out flannel for the people to wear round their bodies. Lord Sydney and Mr Vyner (the son of Theodosia) are here. Lord Clements is expected on Tuesday. The pavilion is now finished; it looks remarkably well.
