    Parties: (i) Alexander Leith of Bedford, clerk; William Mince of Edworth, clerk and Thomas Watford of Knotting, gentleman, trustees of the will of Lettice Launder, widow, deceased for her granddaughter Letitia Gwynn, an infant as to the legacy of £300 made in the will; (ii) Sarah, Dowager Duchess of Marlborough, Francis, 2nd Earl Godolphin, William Clayton of Westminster [Middlesex], esquire [later 1st Baron Sundon] and John Hanbury of Pontypool [Monmouthshire], esquire, the four trustees of the will of John, 1st Duke of Marlborough, deceased Reciting: - R6/14/11/13;
