- Scope and Contenti) Reverend George Lawson and Matthew Denton junior ii) Sir Henry Chester of Lidlington, K.B.; Thomas Hacket, esquire, of North Crawley, Buckinghamshire; Thomas Jones of Lidlington, gentleman (recital of Marriage Settlement of 1 June 1661 (marriage of George Lawson junior, gentleman (son of Reverend G Lawson) and Judith Jones, daughter of Christian Jones of Lidlington, widow). ii) to receive money due to Reverend G Lawson senior after 1 May 1662 by virtue of mortgage between (a) Francis Clerke, gentleman, (b) George Lawson senior, and dispose of £800 due on mortgage and £200 portion of Judith for purchase of lands of yearly value of £50. To be settled on ii) for 99 years term on trusts, then to George Lawson junior for life, then to Judith as jointure. Recital of SA801 - money laid out by ii) Declaration by i) that £640 is part of £800 (see recitals above) and that lands of SA801 were conveyed in trust to uses of Marriage Settlement (recited above) and agreement to make further assurance of this 3 tags for seals witnessed: Roger and Peter Jones, Thomas Brown
