With (inter alia) fairs, tolls, piccage, stallings, court of pypowders. Later recovery to be suffered. iii) to be demandant, i) vouchee) Property "To be holden of the Kings Majestie his heirs and successors as of the Mannor of East Greenwich in Fee and Common Socage and not in Cheife. Proviso ii) to pay £5,732 by 31 May 1618 if Sir Edward Radcliffe and wife are dead. If Sir Edward Radcliffe and wife Dame Jane are not dead, notice to be sent in writing to ii) "at the House of the said Scite of the said Monastery". Or payment to be completed 6 months after premises are exonerated from annuity of £200 granted by Sir Thomas Cheeke to Robert Earl of Sussex, Sir Henry Mildmay, Sir John Fitzwilliam, Edward Hind, esquire and Francis Crawley, esquire, by deed of 1 May 1612 and ii) have been indemnified by i) against payment of this annuity and another of £200. Estate free - inter alia - from jointure and dower of Dame Essex. Lease of small tythes to William Dymoke to end at next Annunciation - £4 for last ½ year's rent. Lease of tythe corn to John Whitbread and Stephen Johnson.
