    Surrenders all copyhold land of manor of Leighton Buzzard to use of John Ashwell junior, yeoman, and Henry Gregory of Leighton Buzzard, draper, his kinsmen providing they:- - pay £10 to each of 7 children of niece Mary, wife of John Hutchin when reach 21 - pay £5 to each of 4 children of Richard Biggerstaff by my late kinswoman Elizabeth, when reach 21 - pay £1 a year to Sarah, widow of brother John on death of wife Mary, the Eagle and Child in which Thomas now lives with John Osmond and wife Mary Osmond, to Mary Osmond, my kinswoman on her death to Richard Gardner and John Burton my nephews, who on succeeding shall pay £40 to niece Mary Hutchins above …also 4 acres in fields of Leighton Buzzard bequeathed as above …½ acre in Grovebury field to Mary Osmond …£200 jointure to be paid to wife out of personal estate …all household goods to wife …£30 to Mary Osmond Witnesses: Edward, John Agnes, Robert Ashwell.
