Corns Close (12 acres) in St Pauls then in occupation William Waldeck to i) for life. 50 acres then to use of Joseph P Waldeck and heirs; in default of issue to M Whisk etc.; Close to use of Mary Waldeck etc. witnessed: Henry Hurst, Thomas Taylor endorsed: On front with note in later hand that Corn Close was then the property of William Thomas, esquire of Ramsgate, Kent and wife Frances (née Smith) endorsed with a pedigree of children of Joseph Pierson Waldeck
