i) William Cawne of Wilstead, yeoman and wife Mary Joseph Dearmer of Wilstead, husbandman John Lawmont of Wilstead and wife Mary ii) William Tompkins junior of Wilstead, yeoman i) to lease to ii) 40 acres in fields of Wilstead then in occupation of ii) for 12 years at rent of £14 per annum. Reentry to i) if rent is 40 days in arrears. £5 per annum for meadow converted into tillage. ii) to pay all taxes (except King and parliamentary). i) agreed to convey during 12 years for payment of £280 witnessed: Susanna and Samuel Crick; Joseph Dearmer; Edward Money
